1. GENERAL
VAT is included in all the prices, 25%. If you are under 18 you need your guardians written promission to be able to order.
Never send money in cash to us. We can not guarantee that the products in these pages apperar in real exactly as depicted.

2. ORDER
After you sent in your order will you recieve an e-mail of confirmation. If something would not be right, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. DELIVERY
We send everything within 3 working days from our head office in Sweden. Shipping within Sweden is free of charge. Shipping to the rest of Europe is 10 EURO (100 SEK).  Delivery time is normally between 2-8 working days depending on when your order is processed and what country you want your order to be shipped to.

4. PAYMENT
You can pay your order online with your credit card, either directly on our webshop or through PayPal. Within Sweden you can also pay through cash on delivery (postförskott) when you pick up the parcel at your local post office. 

 
5. DAMAGES
If your goods would get damaged or get lost during the transportation to our costumer, REVERY will either refund you or send you a new product. If the parcel is visibly damaged when picking it up och recieving it you should not accept it. If that is the case please contact us as soon as possible. If you notice that the goods are damaged from the delivery after you recieved it, you should send it back to us with the receipt from the returdelivery and you account number so that we can pay you back.

6. EXCHANGE AND REFUND
According to Swedish law, you have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days upon receiving them. For us to approve the refund or exchange the garments must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them. They are not accepted if they have been worn, washed or if the label has been removed. When returning an order it must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that shipping charges on refunds are at the customer’s expense. If you wish to exchange an item no additional shipping will be charged. Refunds on a returned item will be made within two weeks of the return of the garment.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
REVERY shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or performance of, our obligations provided to you in connection with this website arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including, but not restricted to, the following: Invasion, act of war, act of God, act of Government, Failure in information technology or telecommunications, labour dispute, fire, flood, industrial action, explosion of civil commotion.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
The information we get from you or which are given to us through your transaction will be handled with care and privacy by a person in charge of customer information. The information will only be used to able us to offer you the best service possible, this involves informing you of our special offers and other events.
REVERY will not let a third party use your personal information for marketing purposes. You have the right to know the information we keep about you and if the information is incomplete or wrong you have the right to have the information deleted or corrected.
